Moderate level of fitness and some experience with cycling a normal bike. Must pedal for the duration of the tour, with the option to use turbo mode when needed. Not suitable for individuals with limited physical, visual, or intellectual abilities.

Closed shoes and eye protection (sunglasses are fine). Sunscreen and a water bottle (bike bottle or backpack). Swimmers and a small towel if you plan to swim.

Tours operate in all weather conditions except heavy rain. Bring appropriate clothing if rain is forecast. Option for credit or date change if over 10mm of rain is forecast.

Full refund (minus booking fees) up to 7 days prior to the tour. Date/time change or gift voucher exchange up to 24 hours prior to the tour. No refund within 24 hours of the tour start time. Full refund if the tour is cancelled by the operator.

Premium Giant E-bike or Ampd Bros fat tyre bike. Lights, locks, and an approved bike helmet. Puncture-proof tyres for a stress-free ride. Option to bring your own helmet if preferred.
